Our basic philosophy towards Quality Assurance is to under promise and over deliver. Within this, we have a ‘no surprises’ approach to service provision and adhere to the following 7 step Assurance Protocol to ensure our customers expectations are met and exceeded.
Assurance Protocol
- Provide indicative pricing after listening to requirement.
- Recommend a Carbon Footprint analysis be conducted. Operational and maintenance costs are directly attributable to carbon emissions. This process will help our client to understand, monitor and reduce costs and emissions. Further savings can be gained if surface treatments are used to reduce maintenance.
- If pricing is deemed to be acceptable, we then go on site to prepare sample areas to demonstrate outcome and accurately quote as economies of scale can be factored.
- Confirm quotations, work method, secure deposit and lock down commencement date.
- Ensure daily liaison is maintained between our on-site Supervisor and our managerial staff.
- On completion, sign off on pre agreed scope of works
- Schedule follow up and or agree upon a programmed maintenance service
Our Supervisors and their team members ensure that all cleaning equipment is in optimal operational condition and that they adhere strictly to EPA and Worksafe requirements.
