No Green Spin

Presenting the FACTS without the SPIN

No Green Spin is a process we have constructed to help companies make claims about green initiatives and be completely confident they are not unintentionally misleading their customers.

It all starts with what you want to say and why you want to say it. It must be 100% accurate; it can’t be ‘the truth well told’.

It could be that you have conducted a risk / opportunity analysis and want to get your management team on board to implement your plan.

It could be that you have reduced your carbon footprint - saved money and wish to report your initiative to engage shareholders, employees and suppliers in your initiative.

It could be that you have developed new products or services based on a unique selling proposition and need the science to independently validate your value proposition.

We can assist you with every aspect of your claims validation through to commercial production and placement. AND if required, under the banner of
No Green Spin – the facts without the spin

Our No Green Spin process is a robust, scientifically credible and defendable process for independent claims validation via key strategic partners:

  • Step 1: Scientific assessment analysis and claims validation by Dr Michael du Plessis (see bio below)
  • Step 2: A second opinion from Colin Dimitroff, Principal Sustainability & Climate Change URS Australia (see bio)
  • Step 3: Legal, patent and trade mark assessment independent specialists

No Green Spin is a process; it is not a tick nor is it an endorsement. It is a rigorous independent claims assessment and validation process based on scientific assessment for companies which want to ensure they don’t fall fowl of the ACCC and in doing so alienate their customers.
