Our RUST MASTERS team of Applicators use Rapelle® biodegradable cleaning products in combination with high pressure cleaning and recycling equipment to remove scaling and rust to prepare the surface for treatment with Rapelle® RUST. We have proven that the combination of the right cleaning equipment with the right chemicals and experience can cut preparation time in half or at the very least, deliver a superior end result.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Rapelle® RUST penetrates through surface rust and bonds to the pure metal substrate below.
It encapsulates and neutralizes the existing surface rust and the coating dries pore free which will prevent further deterioration and corrosion for up to 2 years external and up to 8 years internal.
Rapelle® RUST can be used as an additive to oil based paints and the surface can be painted over without the need for a primer to extend the life of the surface.
WHAT CAN WE APPLY IT TO?
Metal surfaces such as steel roofs, silos, containers , bridges, pipelines, rail and shipping infrastructure, powder coating and painted metallic surfaces to restore their original colour and sheen, structural steel, boats, trailers and cars.
